This conference has been approved to grant Iowa Nursing Continuing Education Credit.  6.0 contact hour(s) will be granted by UI Hospitals and Clinics Department of Nursing (IBN Approved Provider #34). (3.0 contact hour(s) per day). Participants must attend the entire program to receive full credit.

If you are interested in receiving that OPTIONAL CE credit, you will need to pay a $7 fee to receive your certificate of attendance.   This applies to both UIHC nurses and External nurses.  Nursing Credit is granted through the University of Iowa CloudCME portal.    UIHC Nurses can sign in with their HawkID to register and pay.  All others will need to create your account and pay by credit card using the link provided below.  You will need to enter your nursing license number.   The link is active anytime between now and the deadline of 10:00 a.m. on December 11.

When your time at the conference concludes, either Dec 5 (one day attendance) or Dec 12 (one or two day attendance),  you will need to fill out the evaluation form and fill in the number of hours that you attended.  This will then generate a certificate of attendance.  The instructions on how to do that are attached here. Again, this method applies to both UIHC and External nurses.  If you only attend on Saturday, Dec 5, you can fill it out the evaluation form then. If you plan on attending both days, do not fill out your evaluation form until the end of the day Saturday, Dec 12.  You will only be provided one certificate of attendance for entire amount of time that you enter as attended.
